A friend is considering purchasing a 1932 Dodge 1 1/2 ton truck. It has dual rear wheels and a flatbed. I've only seen pictures, but it appears to be in pretty good shape, not "restored" but not damaged either. I don't think it's been run for a while, but from the look of it not much would be needed to get it going.
Any rough estimates of value? Seller wants $5,000, but I don't have a clue if that's a great buy, about right, or too high.
Thanks in advance for any opinions.
Just a guess, but I do have a couple old trucks. 47 Stude 1/2 ton 23 TT and a 47 Chevy Coe 2 ton, if it is complete. I would say that does not sound to bad in today's market. Those are pretty rare I think, that early. It is a special market, kind of like the TT's. Cause their not to drive able in this fast passed world we live in. Good luck
