DIVERSIFICATION
Kinda like having a Dentist and a Proctologist sharing the same office so they'd have both ends covered! :-) :-)

Rich,

The Koch brothers!

Some real gentlemen there, standing by while the lady pumps her own gas.

Tim,

Let us know when you finish the book.

In Detroit, we have the Ivanhoe Café, (a.k.a. Polish Yacht Club). It opened in 1909, as a bar and also selling shoes & gasoline, (naturally). Presumably visited by Henry Ford, among other luminaries, whose photos hang on the walls, along with their signed compliments to the bar.

When visiting, do NOT expect elegance. And yes, you're in the right neighborhood and there really is a business in that building. The food is great! Bon Appetite!
