What event was it from, and what does NAC stand for? Who reads Chinese/Cantonese here and can decipher the script, thanks This was affixed on the dash of a 1914 T once upon a time.

Reading from right to left, the characters read
"Nippon Jidousha Kurabu" which just means "Nippon Automobile Club". My daughter translated it for me. She also said the the characters for the word "club", were not used after WWII, and probably were last commonly used no later than the 1920s.
