Dude, just open the mix a little bit, the timer's ear is up, it'll settle down. It's right in font of you on the dash. That's what it's for. Sorry.
Hey! With all of the saggy speedometer cables we've seen, this one looks right proper, yeah?
That said, coming from a guy that doesn't have enough speedometer parts to ever see how fast he's going... ;-)

I'm going to say it's probably a '15. Look at the Ford special speedometer strap and cable. The side lamp rims appear to be brass too, and the spark lever appears to be the early type. It also appears to have a taper leaf front spring.
