I wonder how far they got before that Prest-o-lite tank got ripped off....
I wonder how many windows those young experts broke to get there father in the business
That was the way the tank was mounted on my '12 when I got it. I had never seen one mounted like that before. It was probably put there to make room for the box on the running board. My car has a generator on the running board so I assume the prior owner did not want to use it or remove it so opted for mounting a bottle under the running board as opposed to the running board, under the rear seat or some other place. It still makes me nervous when I am off roading!

The seat and top look like the buggy seat and top on our bitsa pick up. I don't have any pics with the top up as that forward brace was a head knocker.......every time
looks like a 09 or 10??? charley
The photo looks retouched. The signs are a different tone & type is off center. May have been made-up by the company years ago?
I agree with Bill. I think all those signs were added after the picture was taken.
It has the early 2 or 3 twist horn, but painted black. Black and brass sidelights but early windshield and dash, can't tell about the headlights.
You can often come within a decade or so dating sign work. Nothing on this vehicle speaks of the 'teens or earlier, the diamond logo looks 40s - 50s. I'd think it was a paste-up on the photo, although the rack behind the sign appears to belong to the car. The kids' garb looks later vintage as well.
Still. What a swell image of a very early T !
