Too bad it's not running. ULTRA COOL project. :-) They say Curtis controller... Perhaps a 1238.
A fella with an electronics bent could make this run.
IF this is a semi modern 80V Curtis system.
Shoot, if they're low, charge each 6V battery with an old time charger to put in some juice so the on-board charger can "see" the battery pack,
charge the pack, wake the system up and watch for the errors the computer tries to tell, IF it's a Curtis controller in there...
Wade thru the Curtis operational safeties and go drive it. I don't know how to shut off the safeties.
It's possible. :-)

I remember reading about that in an issue of Hemmings Classic Car or Motor News a while ago. Very cool to see it for sale, and seems priced for someone to enjoy it just as the previous owner did.
