What is the best location/book to find out what gage was used on a 1922 Model T?

There was no gauge, just a cap. The Motometers were accessories which could be bought. Any are correct. The nickel plated ones would be correct.

Motometers were simple red line thermomoters, that replaced the regular cap were used until they put them on the dash in 32. MG used them into the early '50's.

Donald,

If you want to add one to your car most of the major vendors carry them. I buy most of my T parts from Langs. They have Boyce Motormeters and fancy winged or dog bone caps if you are so inclined. You can call Langs at 800-872-7871. Ask them to send you a catalog.

Paul
