October 25th, 2009 saw the 22nd year of our London to Brighton Rally in Adelaide, South Australia. Yes, the name is common, but we go from London Road, Mile End (near the Adelaide CBD), have buttered London buns for morning tea and finish at Brighton, a seaside suburb of Adealide. The car is only open to veteran cars, over here that is up to 31st December 1918. This year saw the seond largest turn out with 46 cars and motorcycles. I have attcahed a few photos to show everybody that veteran cars and motorcycles are alive and well in South Australia. Dave C.

These pictures were great! I think I might have gone down there for this! I never have heard of most of these, and it is great to see them out and about and not sitting in some Museum, hard to imagine all these old cars still running. Pretty thoughtful to have drip pans for the grass!
