Can someone tell me the correct size of the nuts and bolts that go in the dash support brackets, and if the get a castle nuts and cotter pins?

Secondly, are carriage bolts correct for the wood firewall?

Langs sells a nice kit of all the parts you need. You can look at the Langs website, it details each part in the kit regarding length, threads, nuts.....everything you are asking.

Parts book calls for 4ea #3642B bolts, and the nut 3642C is a hex nut, no cotter.

The earlier bolt was a 5/16" dia, 18thrd. Wood firewall used carrige head bolts
