This question is in reference to a '23 Touring. Should there be a wood block between where the rear of the running board bolts up with the bottom of the fender? If so, is this wood block roughly the same dimensions as the wood block that attach to the running board supports?

Starting around March of 1917 they were in fact the exact same block with 6 being used per car.
