Had the pickup stacked about two more feet in old differentials to tear apart looking for bearings and good axles, etc. Got this far today.

That's an interesting set of accessory springs on the one rear end. I've never seen any like them before.

Those are Float A Fords. Cheaper alternative to Hasslers. They actually work pretty well. There was also a rear clip with a set of Dreadnoughts that I saved, a set of Hasslers and three or four 12 rivet housings that I saved. I hauled all this stuff back from an auction in North Dakota about 4 years ago and am finally getting around to doing something with it. John Regan will be drooling over those early spools. Hopefully they will pay for my room in Chickasha. I had eleven complete rear ends and several housings when I started on this load.
