I have some information about the history of 1910 Model T Touring with engine number 23553 and serial plate number 21631. It was sold new in Maine and was still there into the 1950's, I believe.

I know the chances of finding it are slim, but I figure if it was here in the 1950's, it is probably still around. Especially being a 1910 Touring.

One of the numbers may have been changed by now. Probably the number on the brass serial plate, if either.

Chris, you're probably right that it's still around somewhere. The problem is that only a small percentage of T owners in the country visit this forum. You're most likely going to have to depend on someone seeing this thread who knows someone else who has a 1910 Touring and asks him the engine number.

Dick, Thanks for your comments. I have print ads going out as well.

I know it is still a long-shot. For one thing, the car could be anywhere, and many people don't care too much about serial numbers.
