Dave & John,
Not sure, but if I remember the Green Dragon was front wheel drive, which this appears to be.

Track still exists, used for walking around the Lake.

My Uncle saw him often at the Ascot Raceway in Los Angeles, always had a cigar growing out of his mouth even while driving. Henry Ford taught him how to drive, He was a famous bicycle racer, so Ford had the steering on the 999 (huge engine with a seat, ignition switch was a household light switch) designed like handlebars rather than a wheel or tiller.
