I have a 1926 4- door that part of the piano hinge for the top piece of the windshield is missing, rusted away. The rest of the frame is ok. Any ideas on how to replace the hinge the existing part works but about 1/3 of it is gone

Piano hinge? You can buy them undrilled.

I have a 26 Fordor upper windshield section with a piano hinge that is pretty thin and crusty, but it moves and operates as it should and likely would be quite functional after painting, etc. I'd sell the upper frame and hinge cheap. $25. Send me an email if interested.
