Any? The wreck where the woman driver was killed in a T hot rod?

It was a Model A roadster w/runble seat and with a big V8 triple carb mill......

Seems like a big V8 would have no problem keeping up with the traffic.

From what the first accident reports said, the hot rod left a fast food joint after a street rod show and went over the posted 40mph limit, accelerating rapidly, then skidding sideways and rolling over....

The obit. linked at the newspaper to that TX town, said the woman owner "enjoyed showing off her prized 1929 Ford roadster" Just a case of bad judgment I would think, putting a big V8 in a little steel bodied A frame without expectation of the risks.

People tend to put too much air in those big tires, making them squirrely. 15 psi might be too much.

The early Corvair handled fine if you kept the rears at 26, and the fronts at 16, as recommended by GM.
