If it's worn flat, you can use a small grinder with a thin cutting disk and very carefully deepen the notches. If the spark and throttle levers are worn flat on the back, you can buy or make new rods.

Snyder's has them listed in their catalog but I haven't tried to order one. Do you have the late 25 (2-rivet) or 4-rivet quadrant?
