, Where o where can I get one?

You can't. At least, you can't get a new one. They aren't being reproduced. You'll have to use an old one. If it's worn flat, you can use a small grinder with a thin cutting disk and very carefully deepen the notches. If the spark and throttle levers are worn flat on the back, you can buy or make new rods.

Snyder's has them listed in their catalog but I haven't tried to order one. Do you have the late 25 (2-rivet) or 4-rivet quadrant?
Ken,I think they are refering to the stering column quadrant. I have some extras of those. I use a triangleular file to deepen the grooves on them.
