Does anyone have the dimensional drawings for the spring/perch bushings for the one ton trucks. I need to fabricate these bushings for a customer's truck. Thanks.
Are you talking about the rear bushings?
All you need is 3 dimensions. Measure the inside diameter of the perch/spring, the outside diameter of the hanger pin, and the width of the perch/spring. Make the O.D. of the bushing about .001 bigger than the hole it's pressing into, the I.D. about .005 bigger than the hanger pin diameter, and the length to match the width of the perch/spring.
Or call Lang's. There was just another posting in Dec about same thing.
Front perch bushes are same as a T car.
Rears are larger but easily available from T parts suppliers.
