I'd love to see that work. I'm guessing green means go and red means shut 'er down ?? wondering why green on the back only ??

George, the owl has one red eye and one green eye. I think that follows nautical running lights. The driver sees the usual motometer gauge from the rear, the light would make it so the temp would be visible if it reaches "overheated" in the circle.

The two eyes are green the red part is at the sides the bulb inside is right at the circle of the meter, and I believe this to be the smallest of the motor meters at 2.25 inches wide. It is all nickel plated. cheers Colin
