I believe the 21 inch hubs are the same and will fit on any spindle/axle.

In your mistaken "Classifieds" posting, you mentioned putting 21" Model A wheels on a Model T. Here you just asked about 21" wheels. That's a whole different thing. You need adapters to put Model A wheels on a Model T.

Another issue with T 21" is the brake drum, 26/7 had the larger drum, that would need to be swapped out for a earlier year T. Some 25's had the option of 21" wheels but I'm not sure on the brake drum transition from 25 to 26/27
