The headlights look earlier than the rest of the car.

Now this is an interesting one.
Aluminum crank handle and what seems to be the acetylene gas hose running across in front of the radiator. Also, looks like he has the Dillon headlight lens in fork mounted John Brown 16's.

Ken in Texas

The clothes, suitcase on the running board and other items show something of what life was like. Mom has her cane pole and Dad looks like he may be getting ready to fry up some fish in that cast iron pan over a wood fire. I enjoy the photo's that include more than the cars. Thanks for sharing this with us.

The man has an axe in one hand and a frying pan in the other and his eye on the dog. I'm guessing the fish didn't bite. :-)

WA or GA? There's a Muck Creek in both states.

I've lived much of my life there - . . . "up Muck Creek without a paddle!" ; )

Ken, I've been noticing a number of old photos where a line between headlight mounts was used to sling the crank. I kinda hope that wasn't an acetylene tube. ?!? Maybe this owner felt his old gas lamps were more dependable and gave better light after he'd burned out several bulbs on "mag" ?
