He should have insured it OR had a lawyer draw up an agreement about how the car was to be stored with financial consequences for negligence.

The weathering is probably less worrisome that the fact that the seller mentions that it can be towed once the tires have been replaced.

The Seller states his son was working at the museum.
If you don’t care enough about a vehicle to bother checking up on it from time to time ....

Credit where it’s due, this guy isn’t hyping it up as a barn find. Someone could get a real deal on a project here.
Lesson here is don't trust everyone or thing about keeping something for you.
Too bad it set in the elements. If the car is complete as stated its not a bad deal.
Sounds like he's being pretty reasonable price-wise.
I've never understood putting basecoat/clearcoat on something like a T. It doesn't look right.
