Here are two photos of the Cross Keys Hotel in the village of Tottenhoe, Bedfordshire, England. Are my eyes deceiving me, or is that the same car in each picture?
Dane, as far as I know, that body style was standard issue in the UK, and hence there is likely to be any number of them available. The two back oval back windows are not necessarily distinctive.
The ton trucks also had cabins built on similar lines.

Don't think so. The spacing between the two oval rear windows is different. Likely they are two examples of the "any number of them available"!
