By Bob Jablonski on Tuesday, May 22, 2018 - 06:50 pm:They are wired a bit differently inside, the secondary coil resistance reading should be about the 3200 + - ohm range. Still, don't trust the original condensers, replace with new capacitors sold by trusted vendors.
What readings are you getting ? And how are you testing them ?

Primary Coil no continuity ( when following the video ) ....Timer contact button to upper post that Ron shows on video no continuity ..... But if I reverse the top posts for the last two tests I get the correct reading ??? /I am assuming that my coil is a K W and it is wired differentlly !!! I don't get how it still works being wired this way ?? ... but I guess I use the other top terminal when testing ?? By the way I am replacing the old capacitors with new ones from Lang's .... Joe
