Most non-Fords of the brass era were right hand drive.

I suspect that the item at far left is a discarded "Belly Pan". While they served a purpose they were in the way and were often removed early on.
I think there are two or maybe three brothers there.
The siding on the building looks like more of the pressed steel variety.
