I have watched the period ads on Youtube. My question is Who saw the ads and where? At the movies, before the feature? TV was a couple of decades in the future.

For example,in the tiny village I formerly lived in,free movies were shown,the side of a large white barn serving as the screen.
The oldest resident when I moved there remembered silent movies about Ford Motor Company.
She was about 95 in '05 making her born about 1910.
My '25 Roadster was a great nostalgia trip for her.
