Looking for a set of wheel studs for my rear wheels that would need to be about an inch longer than stock for use with a spacer. Any idea?
Tom, once you move the wheel out an inch, you are going to loose the center support provided by the hub. You might get the brakes if you don't have them and do a mock up first to see if you will need the spacers. Besides, it might look a little odd with the wider track rear with narrower front. Any good parts house should have a catalog that would show different studs.
Contact RV Anderson for wheel studs. He has them for standard wheels and for wheels with Rocky Mountain brakes. I hope this helps.
Re the non support at center, I am talking about if you use the wire wheel hubs. You might also do a mock up to see if you need the extra inch.
Since when did Ford use studs?
