Just pull the steering wheel down a trifle and voila! Folded down windshield. :-)
My 18 windshield gets in the way too. I probly have the wrong parts.

John, the short answer is fine. I took out the Autolite 3095's, about a year old, and replaced them with 95-year-old Champion X. It's easy start again, at least for now. :-)
