Sad to report that Cornelius Bergbower, known to us as "Bergy" passed away earlier in May. He was a Model T lover and was one my true "mentors" in spark plug collecting. We spent many evenings together at the Carlisle and Hershey swap meets talking spark plugs, and solving the world's problems. Many of the T community will know of him through the business his family carries on-Bergs radiators. They are the best - and that's the way Bergie did things. You will be missed old friend.
I am sorry to hear that he has passed.
I purchased parts from him back in the 60's and 70's. Sorry to hear of his passing. Unfortunately, time does not stand still. I'm at the age where I wonder how many more years I have. I have seen too many friends younger than me, pass on. I presently know two T owners who will sell their T's this year because they don't want their car to be an extra burden for their spouse when they're gone.
I have a "Berg's" waterpump from the 70's. It has been on the shelf almost that long but I think of him when I see it.
He must have had a great life.
