I got into town Saturday early afternoon.
Stopped in to see Justin at Your Museum - all was calm before the storm.
Your Board Of Directors was in meetings for the day so I headed over to see Mark Atkins ...
Ron had come up from Florida for the tour so he drove over in his 1912 Roadster Pick Up.
Mark - Ron - and Garry Houser look over the 1912 ...
We all went over to Clara's for great pizza ...
On the ride back - Mark's taxi decided to take a break about a half mile from home ...
It was towed back - Mark quickly pulled the carburetor & cleaned it - it was back running in short order ....
Mark helped repair a leather strap on Ron's T - earlier he had helped Garry replace his transmission bands - just another day in The Life ...
I will be streaming live from Richmond starting today thru next Saturday - short video & images:

Mike Vaughn & Jerry Kramer receive Proclamation at Welcome Banquet Sunday night ....
Tony Bowker came in from California
That meant they had to let in just about anyone from California ....

Miss Kim gives Mr. Yoder a bottle of gin at the start of the first tour day .... ( you actually believe he covers 300 miles a day on True Grit alone ? )

Dean is my hero!
How many cars were in attendance?
One of our Orange County club members Dave and Penne Seiler are attending as well.
The roster lists 103 but a couple are in moderns :-)

Could you take a few photos both sides front and back, of the red t speedster that was in one of your early posts today? You can post them here or just email to me

Ya, I was about to ask for more pictures of the red speedster too.
Thanks Tr8r J.
The 55 on the late is from Morgan county, Indiana, which is south west of Indianapolis.
I want to edit my pictures on a full size screen, so I'll post them after I get home.

I have some rest time at a motel to resize images ....
This Gentleman “ ran out of gas “ with his best gal on the tour & boy howdee was he happy ..... nothing nicer than a quiet stretch of road and some shade to pass the time ....
Trouble is - he was on a Model T Tour ....
When you run out of gas - everyone & their mother is gonna stop and lend a hand - as you can see he was clearly “ de-lighted “ to be rescued by the the Good Samaritan .....

I needed assistance on Thursday .....
Truth be told - I never looked at the driving instructions that JK had so meticulously detailed in the book - I just followed the last Model T & crossed my fingers ..... hoping for the best.
John ( on the left ) volunteered to ride shotgun on the tour leg that featured several stops to meet the cars going on & off a scenic section of trail not normally open to motorized traffic.
John & Frank ( on the right ) graciously allowed me to take their picture at the start of the day ....
When queried - both said something about “ remaining anonymous “ & “ guilt by association “ or some such nonsense
Despite my best efforts to distract him - John proved himself to be an outstanding navigator
