Usually the Fall Roadsters swap at the State Fairgrounds can be chilly. We closed up our spot and went home at 10 O'clock. Check out the pictures. 4 inches of snow on the truck, 5 inches on the grass and still snowing heavy. This is in Southern Minnesota.
BRRRrrr !!
THANKS BOB!!! Now Im cold. Lets keep that white stuff up north a while longer. Nice photo's but now I have to go cut the grass.
Bob,
I know EXACTLY how you feel. Snowed here in Denver, today, just about as much as there. The photos you posted, could have just as well been from here.
Stay Warm.
Should have been a snowmobile swap meet!!
Bob, I don't understand.
I thought folks in Minnesota were used to snow - even in the summed.
It started out as a very good swap meet, then the snow started. I had to quit because every thing was covered with snow. I had no clue what was on the tables.
I did not realize there was a T swap meet at the fairgrounds yesterday. I live less than a mile from the there.
As a joke, I told the kid he was going to have to shovel.
Although I usually come home with at least one good item, I decided to skip the roadster swap meet at the fairgrounds this year but I had a great day anyway.
A fellow who went to the swap meet stopped by my house afterwards and bought a car trunk from me that I had advertised on Craigslist. He had a very nice 1970s Yamaha 250 motorcycle and a Suzuki mini-bike in the back of his pickup that were purchased at the meet.
I didn't buy any "T" parts, but came home with stuff for my '55 Chevy... and another '55 Chevy.
We had a couple of cool mornings in the upper 60's this weekend and we are supposed to be in the low 90's through this week with corresponding humidity, please turn on your fans and point them SSE Pleeese?????
