I have a Holley G on my '17 Touring. As part of the engine rebuild I've had a starter installed. Normally a single choke wire runs to the front by the crank but I'd like to also be able to operate the choke from the driver's position.

I have the 4583 priming bell crank and control rods such as used in later years but there is no easy way to attach the control to the carb. The NH has a double lever but not the G. Has anyone out there figured a good way to deal with this issue?

The "G" carb overlapped the introduction of the self starter. You should be able to find a "Holley G" (rhymes with "Golly gee !") choke lever with two arms so you can connect to the dash board bell crank and apply choke from the driver's seat.

There is a coke lever for a Holley g with two levers that will work I have made the conversion several times. Email me At meyre14t@yahoo.com and I’ll send you a picture. I’m in Battle Creek, michigan.

I have same Holly on my 14 and utilized a bell crank type fitting mounted on the front bolt on manifold. One line runs to the carb, and the other through the firewall. Works like a CL model aircraft bell crank without the "stub" that goes to the elevator.

I’m sure Russ Potter would have one but he is reviving from hip replacement surgery.

You can use an NH choke lever if you can't find a G double arm lever
