I have collected serial numbers off of junk blocks before they went to the foundry, if any one need a good number let me know. I have different years of them.
Good idea Joe, thanks for making that available....
Joe, do you have a 1914 block number that would not get me in trouble? I bought a 1914 touring without a title and without a motor. Then I bought a 1914 junk motor and took it to a rebuilder. He told me after sleeving one of the cylinders and all the machine work that needed to be done that the water intake was so bad that he cleaned it up, along with the block number. Well I did not anticipate the problem and did not write down the block number so now I have a $ 7,000.00 1914 running motor without a cereal number. Any chance you could help me? Frank Seress
Joe....sent you a PM. George
Frank, email me off line, I am sure I have one for a 14 not much earlier than that though.
