Does anyone know where I can find a Nail Outener?

If you don't know what I refer to, Google it. It used to be sold by Brookstone.

Thanks!!

I thought a nail outener was like a board stretcher or a left handed adjustable wrench.

Sounds like a fine colloquial term for a nail puller.
Is that what you are looking for?
The best nail puller I ever used (still have and still use) is a damaged pair of end cutters, fairly large size, sometimes called a "fence wire cutter".

I have a nail puller with the slide handle that was my grandads. Something that might work and is similar to your photo is horse hoof trimmers. You may have to grind the end of jaws to pull nails.

If you look at the photo in the link I posted the opening is off set:

The offset could be quite an advantage for carpentry applications ! The "nippers" the farrier uses are centered, but work the same way for pulling horseshoes off. If you go looking for them, be sure they are not really "hoof trimmers" - the tool for trimming hooves is quite different (or should be) kind of like the difference between side cutters and your toe nail clippers.

I like this kind of puller because it can dig in and grab nails that have lost their heads.

The slide hammer nail puller posted by Steve Jelf is fairly common. I regularly see them at estate sales but have never had a reason to actually buy one.

My favorite puller for embedded nails or nails with broken heads is a "cat's paw."
