Another one from Tom Rootlieb on the General Discussion.
I think it is a 1910. Stamped steel running boards, low radiator neck ('09/'10), script with wings ('09/'10). I cannot see any sign of the steel piece running across the low area of the radiator. Earliest brass era radiators did not have that steel piece. If I recall correctly, the steel piece was showing up in late '09, while some radiators continued without the steel piece into 1910. So my guess would be a fairly early '10.
