This is a service car, built for maintenance work 'in the field' on ambulances of the American Ambulance Field Service, the photo is taken in front of the Lycee Pasteur in a Paris Suburb, it was the headquarters AAFS and the 'Hospital Americain'. pictures dates from 1915 probably
