These wheels are really fun to look at! However, I am not sure I would actually want to have a set on a car I wanted to drive much. I am just not sure how well they would hold up for many miles at speed.
I notice that it is a Brass era T. The style of hubcap suggests it is a '14 through '16 year model. The fork mounted headlamps suggest that it is a '14 model. It could be a little earlier. A late '13, or the hubcap may have been changed.
I have been trying to figure out what the "thing" under the right headlamp is. Then it hit me. The matching thing under the left headlamp is largely hidden by the wheel itself. They are the early style shock absorbers that suspend the car on spring towers installed in place of the Ford front spring perches. They were maybe okay back in the days of rarely exceeding 20 mph. However, today, with better roads and higher speeds expected, they are very dangerous to use and should not be used at all on a model T that is planned to be driven.
