This is a wonderful popular photo, I have seen it in a few books, forums, and other places. I am pleased to see it here. It is just one of those pictures I never get tired of seeing!
It appears to be a 1920 or earlier, two U-bolt spring mount, clear headlamp lenses. And looks to be a re-purposed runabout (or cut-down touring car) model T body. Oh so very long ago, I knew of several original TT trucks hiding in fields and orchards that had such re-purposed bodies on them. If I ever get another TT? THAT is what I want to do if it doesn't already have a good body.

being pulled by a regular chassis T

Entirely possible Raoul v S. It is also possible that there could be a form-a-truck kit under all that hay. Some years ago, I saw a similar photo of a heavy load of hay on what was clearly a trailer behind a T runabout. However, I was fairly certain it was not the same as this vehicle.
It is tough to see into those shadows. Perhaps one of our better computer manipulators could "shed some light back in there. I "think" I can see some of the running board, (it appears short to me?), and I "think" I can see part of the rear wheel. I "think" it looks too far back to be a standard T chassis. But I really cannot say for certain.
