I just decided to look at this photo again. The spotlight looks like a Stewart V-Ray. Doesn't Albert have one of those?
The thing of great interest (at least to me?) that I had not noticed before, was that the truck appears to have the above axle wishbone plus an under axle brace. If original equipment? That would make it a very early TT!

Yes, Albert has a vee-ray like that too. The truck in this picture app.php/gallery/image/763 also appears to have the under axle and over axle braces, but it is hard to tell due to the angle..
