Just hit the ! Button and report it. I ban the user, and then delete them along with all their posts in one fell swoop.

And yes, don't post in the thread.

Jeff

Never have understood why people find these so bothersome. 90% of the threads
on this site do not specifically interest me. I just skip over the discussion of 1914
hub specs and move on to something I DO find of interest. Fake passports or free
money from Nigerian princes also fall into the skip-right-past category and there is
no time or skin lost. Easy-peasy.

Well last year there was someone offering 50,000 dollars for only 5000 dollars and I lost their contact info.Darn it.I was hopeing to send them a dollar and make it a 100 dollars, then send the 100 dollars to make it a 1000 dollars then send it back and etc until I made my second million.I gave up trying to make my first million dollars.I decided to try to make my second.

What Dick L. said. Of course those posts should be dealt with, which I'm sure that the Admins will deal with them when they can. Please don't keep bringing them to the top. JMHO. Dave

Once one is looking in the offensive (And I for one do find those posts extremely offensive!), one can click upon the {!} icon and "report the post". I wonder if there is a good way to be able to report offensive posts without going into them? I do get curious and wonder about some of these trolls. But I don't even want to go into their posts to click on their user name and find out how many times they have posted or what unrelated info they put in their profiles. In the last past few days, the same basic illegal post has shown up on several different headings. I do wonder how many headings they did post under? But I do NOT want to look in on them and add to their google counts (these jack@$$es earn points and money the more people click on their posts!), or move them up again!

I know. That's why I decided to post the reminder. :D

Whenever anyone posts anything on a spam thread (even something like "Why is this here?"), it moves the post to the top of the thread. Please, please... IGNORE THEM!

Thank you.
