Linus,
In case you didn't already know, that large touring car stuck in the mire in the photo above is a late teens-early 20s Hudson. The white triangle on the radiator shell gives it away.

The photo with the ENORMOUS Rajo billboard was probably taken at Legion Ascot Raceway in, what is now, Beverly Hills, California. This is not the Ascot Speedway that was started by J. C. Agajanian in Gardena. The reason I've drawn this conclusion is due to the billboard to the immediate right of the...

Re: Set of Five Schrader 777 Stems on Ebay (not mine)
Just to note, those Schrader 777s were commonly used on wood spoke wheels. The rim nuts and dust covers shown are the small diameter variety. Those were typically used on the late '25-'27 wires. The commonly used stems on Ford factory wires were Schrader 888s. They're a bit shorter. Thank you to Lar...

Notice the dual license plates?
People that worked in D.C. and lived in outlying areas, such as Maryland, Virginia, etc. were required to display the license plates from their state of residence and D.C.
Not really sure what the vehicle code was. Anybody have any inputs on this?
