Re: Street rods? At Fall Hershey?
Posted Wednesday at 04:08 PM I am sorry to object Steve. I understand your desire to calm the waters. However I have seen all too many old car shows become hot rod old car shows. Once the door is cracked open, they don't go back. I would rather go to a Hershey that was half the size it is today if i...

Re: Yet another puzzle
The Overland is a very close, though the front fenders don't match. Can't find a match either but that round emblem in the corner of the radiator was a "thing" for KisselKar for years.

Re: Yet another puzzle
Herb Iffrig's Rambler photo of November 16 and Tadpole's Rambler photo of November 17 are of Model E Ramblers and they came out for the 1903 year and got carried over into early 1904. Production 1902s didn't have any cooling grating on the sides of the main body, that's a Model E/ 1903 thing. The re...

Re: Model T parts at Hershey
Don't be turned back. Ask of the Model T guys. Somebody always has a change in family situation and can't go to Hershey this particular year because of it. Ask around, you should be able to get a couple of spots off someone else with just a little bit of effort. Guys may not want to give up their sp...

Re: Yet another puzzle
Hello Tadpole, The body on the 1902 Rambler looks nothing like a real 1902 or even one of the 1902 replicas that was made in the 1950s or 1960s. But what I found most unusual was the front spring. Rambler had springs that were a little different from others. They looked like a four sided box that go...

Re: Another barn find
For those of you who are cheating on their Model T and like their things a little on the Rambler/Jeffery side, my friend Ed writes up the Rambler/Jeffery newsletter. The group is associated with the Horseless Carriage Club and they are always looking to add a Rambler or Jeffery owner though they wil...

Engine to driveshaft gaskets
Lets try that again but NOT in the for sale section.
Educate me guys. Haven't seen my T Service Manual in years. I need a gasket between the transmission ball cap and the driveshaft ball, right? Is there a gasket between the transmission ball cap and the engine pan/hogs head?

Sign of going winter stir crazy
A winter project while I'm going stir crazy cooped up. The sheet metal came from an old refrigerator with bullet holes that was in the weeds behind the garage when I got the place. The biggest I'm able to make my sign is 65 inches. I now have a Ford script for both the front and back. I plan on moun...

Re: 1910 pile
Okay, a bad subject to bring up like politics and religion, but a car that's been for sale for 10 years really isn't for sale. I too would also like to hit the lottery. Nice car though.
