Winfield ball choke horn

What is the purpose of the ball choke vs the air horn choke for these carbs?

WTB Winfield 5V parts

I’ve a 5V I’m trying to restore and need some help. I’m in need of the needle valve assembly that sits between the fuel bowl and throttle barrel. My barrel plate is broke so I’m in need of that, a throttle arm, and choke spring.
Any help would be much appreciated.

This was a well running machine! I was lucky to ride with Seth in the spring. Fun and fast!

Cutout wiring help

Can y'all help me get my cut-out wired correctly? Which terminal does the yellow gen wire go to and the black seems to be a ground. The remaining terminal will be for the wire from the loom. I'm running a 6v system with mags and a battery if that helps.

Re: Northern ILL to KY or TN...?

I plugged in the box size of 31/22/28 and 37lbs on the USPS site and then said the package is too big to ship. worthless usps website.
