Re: 1911 Roadster/Torpedo with Frontenac
Thanks Scott, it was a running car the older owner passed away it must have a different transmission as it only
has 2 pedals on the floor a 2 other shifters in the floor. The car is out of town so I haven't put my eye on it just pictures.

1911 Roadster/Torpedo with Frontenac
Are there folks out there that are familiar with the Frontenac conversions on the T engines?
I am considering purchasing a 1911 Roadster Torpedo that has the Frontenac conversion but has not run in several
years and I am not familiar with them.

Cowl Lamp Glass
Does anyone know where I can have a 1913 Touring side lamp glass made? All the ones I see that you can purchase are 3 1/2" X 3 1/2" square
mine are 3 3/4" X 3 3/4" square.
Thanks

Re: Battery for cold starts
Thanks Steve, good info I will check the timing. I took the car out yesterday for a cruise first time I have drove a T it ran fine. Only thing I noticed since it doesn't have a water pump and it was warm here yesterday it heated up when I let it idle to much.

Re: Battery for cold starts
Thanks Steve, so the coils will be good with a 6 or 12 volt doesn't matter? I didn't know if the higher 12 volt would damage the coils.

Battery for cold starts
I am a new T owner and just purchased a 13 Touring car the person i bought it from used a 12 volt battery for cold weather starts. Should I use a 6 volt or 12 volt to fire the coils for cold starts? Would the 12 volt damage them?
