I have a complete cast iron Warford gearbox, gears look good, shifts fine and has the adapter on the front for the other U-Joint.
I'd like to sell it, $300 plus freight

J series Laycock trans for a Model T
I have one of these in my 1923 Touring car, works great. My question is, does it have to be mounted in the middle of the torque tube / drive line? Can it be mounted directly to the back of the T trans like a Warford or other Auxiliary transmissions? Seems to me it would be an easier set up to build....
