I think BHarper is on the right track, Timmers are wear items. Each timer has its own and maintenance is the only fix.

The way i adjust my carb fuel mixture , with engine running ,advance the spark 4 to 5 notches and the fuel about the same. then turn the mixture clockwise slowly until the engine starts to run rough and then turn the mixture counter clockwise very slowly to get it smooth running. after this adjustme...

Hello Toon ! I didn't install mine yet after the proper clean up. I was out in the gaurge this morning and and decided to check it with the multimeter and i was surprised to see it had resistance between three of the wire terminals which it shouldn't have . i used a scotchbrite and then brake cleaner on a rag to clean it and then no resistance . i never cleaned it...

Hello Kenny I always drive on mag . the rotation of the brush is turning counterclockwise viewing from the front of the car and you made a statement about the brush holder being able to be mounted either way ? mine has only one slot for the pin so i can not reverse it . i do have the brush oriented ...

Thanks Scott for the reply! At this point i think i'll leave it the way it is . the car runs so great. has probably the most power a stock t can have. spark plugs are burning light brown and no oil on them. BUT! could be a number of things going on with running problems. look like everyone is giving good advice, but i noticed you have motorcraft plugs ? they were the first plugs i ever bought for my model t and didn't work for crap . other than a set of champion x plugs which are a little pricey . autolite ...

Steve , I got my window run channels from Langs and they work well with 1/4 '' glass. when you get your glass cut get a slight bevel at the bottom and a good polish job on the edges to insure a smooth working up and down . Ken
