Ahhh! Live on the edge. Repair it! Use SEM's product. 50 second glue or panel bonding adhesive. Look at the sem's product sheets to determine application.

How about hook to front axle each side and bring straps back and hook them a foot in front of rear wheel. Do the same for the rear bringing straps a foot back from the front tire. Nobody has mentioned "double boiled linseed oil". I can't find it around here anymore. I used it on all of my wood handle tools until I could no longer find it.

My brother in law worked in a foundry since Vietnam until his demise contacting black lung. He would give me casting which were beautiful. I still have a few. I gave away most of them.

No quality of workmanship now and in the future as once was. Not to mention the price of doing business.

The tall base has Ford script with PN T 7316 A1.
The small one is not Ford, however, has the same part number barely legible of PN T 7316 A1.

Same part number different height? What do these go to? What gives?

I have what I believe is an August of 1926 vehicle. It had remanence of nickel on a couple of head bolts. However, no indication of nickel on water in/outlet. Has studs in block. Just trying to figure it out as I go along. As Johnny 5 says ,"need input"!

If it is brand new metal lacquer thinner will do... ms251. 1. Lacquer thinner 2. Fineline surface cleaner(prep sol) 3. PPG DP product apply to bare metal or equivalent product 4. If need body work do it over the DP 5. If after body work and you sand to bare metal DPl afterwards 6. prime area repaire...
