Thanks for all the responses. The coupe I have is just a bare body, no frame, running gear, front end, etc. I would never take a complete car apart to do this to.

Just curious if anyone out there has put a brass radiator on a 1919 Coupe. Is it even possible? I know it is not correct but I think it would look really neat and I have a perfect body to do it with. Let me know your thoughts.

I put a Harbor Freight Badland Apex 12,000 pound winch in with the synthetic rope. Definitely overkill but it was on sale. Also, I mounted a piece of 2 1/2" tubing to a plate and bolted it to the floor. Mounted the winch on 2" tubing and slid it in with a pin. Now the winch can come out if needed, p...

I installed a winch last year in my enclosed trailer that has a rope lead. Absolutely love it. Doesn't mark up the floor when you free spool it out and you don't need to worry about small wires poking you.

When I mount my tires on rims, I use motorcycle rim protectors. They snap over the outer lip of the clincher rim and you can use your tire irons without scratching the rim.

My father was having a hard time using the starter button so I removed it and put a selenoid in with a small button on the dash for him to use. What I did was remove the starter button from the frame bracket. Bend the bracket down 90 degrees and mount the selenoid there. Now that leaves a perfect ho...

I got 2 starters and 2 generators done by Jeff. He is a phenomenal person to deal with. I am running one of each now and putting the other ones in a car rebuild this winter.
