Pat the body had 3 hole mount we filled them I didn't want a spare tire mount on the car for the Montana 500. Here is a picture of the body in the body shop.I carried the spare in the trunk.

Pat what you have on your car is a cherry bomb glass pack,you can turn it around and it changes the noise.

I have used a trans shaft which is the same size with time saver and was able to get a good fit.

My method is using 1965 & earlier VW shocks front & rear.They work very well as Tom says the rear make the big difference.

I have a set of the radials on my 1927 Tudor they handle very good.One thing I have noticed the circumference is 4 inches more than the Lucas that I had on which affects the hill climbing.

The tail light is original has been converted to have brake light also.I have seen 26/27 coupes with original Gun Metal Blue paint.Tudor's came in Fawn Gray,Highland Green,Royal Maroon and Black I guess.
They don't list Tudors coming in Gun Metal Blue but I do what I like.

We who run the Montana 500 experience this usually between 48 to 51 mph we refer to it as the thrum.Not all engines do this.

Being you have 26/27 spindles you need the correct drag link.The correct drag link is 30 13/16 in length.
Besides measuring the drag link you can point the front wheels straight forward and pitman arm should be vertical.
