Running Board Support

Hi everyone,
I was looking through the Macs auto parts catalog and I found this running board support bracket (picture is attached).
I was wondering, is this an original or aftermarket part? Does anyone else use them on their cars?
Any insight is much appreciated.

Re: Leon Parker's rewooding plans

Does anyone know anything about what became of these plans? I would love to see them back in circulation. I am able to make them in to digital files to make them easier to distribute. Assuming of course that it wouldn't be a copyright issue to do so and I could get my hands on some of the plans. I w...

Digitizing Wood Plans

Hi everyone. Im fairly new to model ts but I've always been a huge fan of old cars, I want to see as many of them, model ts included of course, on the road as possible. I read on here about Leon Parker and how he made many wood plans for those who needed them. Unfortunately he has passed away, RIP. ...

Re: Oil pn support dogear blocks

The bolt goes through the hole in the dog ear. I have attached a drawing to show the way it is supposed to go together. Make sure that the bolt at the top of the dog ear is as tight as possible. The one going through horizontally should be just snug, too tight will cause cracking.
I hope this helps

1925 Roadster wood

Hi, I have a 1925 Roadster that I'm restoring. The wood is completely gone, the only wood I have is the door wood. I'm hoping to rebuild the rest of the wood frame myself. I haven't been able to find any plans online. Does anyone have or know where I can find some drawings for the wood? Any help wou...

Re: Will changing electrical system to 12v devalue the car?

Thanks for the responses.
The general consensus seems to be keep it 6v. I don't know much about electrical unfortunately. A friend who is an electrician suggested 12v would be easier to maintain and more reliable. Could someone possibly explain to me why that isn't true?

Will changing electrical system to 12v devalue the car?

Hi everyone, I have 1925 roadster that I am starting to restore. I'm considering changing the electrical system to a modern 12v system for better reliability. I am afraid that this might change the character of the car an devalue it. Would it actually do that? Any advice would be much appreciated. T...
