Ok so this has opened up a lot of questions. Jay links to a thread from ten years ago, my niece finds the same photo in an early Idaho local newspaper. Did the Aberdeen newspaper poach the photo, or had it been copied on to the web which is where Jay found it? Where was the photo actually taken?

Thanks for the replies. My niece in Aberdeen, Idaho is working through a pile of old local newspapers to rescue them before they fall apart, and is also doing a local history. I assume this is something that needs to be dated to help date related info.

So we Canadians have missed a couple of years, and I am sure any package will take longer to arrive. Do I gather the trailers are all at that mall as in 2018? Is there some kind of shuttle bus running between the mall and the village? In 2019, our last year we were in the big lot by the village

We towed with one. It was going over the bridge into the States and watching the indicator giving actual fuel consumption dropping towards 1 as we drove up the bridge that made us think there were better ways to do it.

I use Easy Flow 45,it is 45 percent silver. There is a proper flux for this that you apply to the area that requires the solder to adhere to and the solder will not go any where else. The draw back is very high temp is required.

Mario. One thing I did when install my seat was to put a strenghtner in the seat,then you can use both hands/arms to lift yourself up to reposition yourself in the seat without bending the sides of the bucket or cutting the leather on the metal edge

Jim buna nitrile is according to the manufacture impervious to fuel/greases and ethanol. So fingers crossed,have the gaskets installed,fuel in the carb and am waiting to see what happens. Running glass bowl stromberg carb and always had a problem with the cork gasket shrinking. Bought BUNA rubber nitrile gasket material and have been busy making a die and then gaskets. Will see how they hold up

Mark, what they didn't tell was they were originally invented to screw our igloos together . Since we like the screw heads to all be aligned so they look proper on your igloo the slot was just not doing it. John , steering box is a mid teens 490 Chev. For the crossmember I made a wood pattern ( see picture) and had one cast using ductile iron . I was able to use the T steering column jacket,which fits perfect. Notice at the top section off the box the brass collar is there to allow.for the tension spri...

Maybe with permission now granted for the Mullin development in Oxfordshire, England, they will choose what cars they wish to display, and are not parting with anything until they have decided.

Been kinda slow,but did get the windshield installed. We made a wood pattern then had the Amish who had a aluminum foundry cast the stanchion’s. However lots of sanding and buffing required. Cheers pete

Shane ,steering box is from an early 490 chev. Fits right inside the T column.

Don pic's as requested.I have used the speedo mount hole in the steering arm,for the left side I turned a right side upside down and bent to fit and used the nut at the front of the arm as well.To come up with the design of the fender bracket we started off simple took the car for a drive,it vibrate...
